3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this Agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the subscription fees.
• Changes to Fees: We may change the subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the new rates apply.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceling will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Use of the Service

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RA1L Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the subscription.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
